Part-Time house cleaners needed. 5 days a week, Monday-Fridays 20-30 hours a week.….NO Evenings or Weekends Benefits: Paid training $15.00 an hour, after training $17.00 an hour to start. Paid drive time between houses in company provided vehicles. Wage increases annually, paid by direct deposit-paid vacation, Aflac Insurance reimbursement. Positive, respectful work environment, our team is our #1 asset Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, dependable vehicle, must have smart phone, positive reference check, pass a background check, completion of training, eligible to work in the US, ability to speak and understand English Responsibilities: Clean homes and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning notes are completed to the highest standards. Assess a client’s home, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize appointment per clients wishes. Establish positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect. Deliver the highest possible customer service. Report to work on time and each day and be available to work extra hours when needed. Comply with proper safety policies and procedures per Employee Handbook. Ensure all equipment and supplies are transported from each appointment.
