Twin Cities property Management Company seeking experienced technician for Woodbury, Rochester, Mankato, and Stillwater apartments. At least 3 years apt maintenance required. Salary plus vehicle. Skill set required: 1. All apartment related general maintenance and work orders. 2. HVAC (in wall units and magic paks) 3. Hot water heater (central and in unit models) 4. Appliances (including washer /dryer in some units) 5. Minor plumbing. 6. Boiler license a plus. 7. Live on site or off
