Composite Deck Stairs

I recently dismantled a 15x15 deck for a client. The deck is being replaced by 4 composite deck stairs (literally 4 steps with posts and railings and boards to cover up the sides). I purchased all of the materials but my decking guy wont be able to make it to the site on time. I'm looking for someone who is experienced with decks and can do this job cleanly and efficiently without my help.
