Rehoming 2 year old Bulldog

We are looking to rehome our Bulldog, Lucy. She is 2 years old and overall she is a very sweet and loving companion. She loves people and loves kids and loves our other dog too. While she has done well in the dog park and has spent many days at the doggie daycare without any problems, she shows a lot of aggression towards all other dogs while on a leash. Last week she bolted out the front door and attacked our neighbor's small dog while walking by our front yard, which has forced us into the situation of having to rehome her. We looked into the option of returning her to the rescue where we adopted her and they said if we returned her they were going to euthanize her, so I'm hoping someone here can give her a new loving home.
