Cold Water Pro Hip Hop This free Hip Hop educational program is intended to be extremely fun, teach, inspire and empower the youth in our community to culturally developing their intellect for the purpose of self structure while channeling their voice (body of work) into a series of practical presentations designed to physically positively impact the creators and those it reaches. This program is designed to properly introduce and guide students to safely utilizing all of the real life elements incorporated within the culture of Hip Hop! Throughout the process of this course students will learn to work together to create a full bodied portfolio of artwork in order to establish themselves in our community while simultaneously building the foundation for their own set of real local Hip Hop based companies that reflect the lives of the youth who build them. Not only will these companies allow the students to eventually trade and promote their works of art on the free market but it will also encourage them to take an active roll in their community. We also hope to help fortify family values through this process by allowing parents/legal guardians to take an active roll with their children involved in the program by providing personal oversight and influence for all minors involved especially in regards to any financial profiting generated on behalf of the program. This highly structured program hopes to make an extremely positive impact on the youth in our community by helping them in structuring a future for themselves by preserving their culture, expanding their culture, growing their culture and opening new avenues for future generations to do the same with an expanding network of resources. Justin Colin program director and educator is a well established cultural leader in the field of Hip Hop and studies himself under the guidance / leadership of the Temple of Hip Hop. This program has no personally placed religious association or affiliation other than what nature dictates. This program is designed for youth who are seriously interested in learning how to respectfully engage in the cultural elements of Hip Hop because they have a passion for them and is open to any serious participants of all ages. Parents/Legal guardians are encouraged to participate and take part in the program as well! The fun begins this Sunday @ Romero park in Agua Fria from 7pm-9pm and will continue on a weekly bases during the same time. Please come join us if you are interested or would like to know more.
