Dog in need of help

Hello I’m here to seek anyone who is willing to help this dog. It appeared a few days ago outside of my business. Not sure if someone abandoned her or it just came on it’s own. By the looks it looks like she got hit by a car. She also looks like she hasn’t been fed very well and is definitely in need of some medical help. I’ve been feeding it and she’s eating I also gave her some flea/tick medicine along with a deworming and tried my best to look out for her but there’s only so much I can do with other dogs of my own.
