looking for a General Maintenance Tech to Add on to our current staff out of our Fort Walton Beach location. You will be required to perform Maintenance Inspections in our Rental Properties. Make on Occasion some Pick ups or Delivery's needed / You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. All of our Properties are in Navarre, Fort Walton Beach and Destin, FL You must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, Good Analytical Skills and be able to Perform Minor Lifting up to 50 lbs. Have a Valid Driver License and Good Driving Record as you will driving a Company Work Van. Must be able to Pass a Background Check. Job Type: Full-time / Most Work Weeks will be Tuesday to Saturday sometimes Variable Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour / Please Reply to Email or Text for a In Person Interview !
