We are looking for a construction and maintenance worker to perform a variety of tasks including installations, setup, upkeep and repair of manufactured homes, home sites, and our office facilities. Employees will ensure work areas are kept safe and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to contribute ideas as well as being open to accept instruction is the first step to succeeding in this job. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. WILLING TO TRAIN. Requirements: - Possess a VALID driver's license - Maintains safe and sensible working conditions - Works well with coworkers during course of daily work - Basic knowledge of reading, writing and math skills - Experience using hand and electrical tools - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to read technical manuals and drawings a plus
