Male Caregiver Needed Immediately - Night Hours

Looking for a male care provider for my housemate to work nights. He is 44, has physical disabilities, and is legally blind. He can walk and is not bedridden, but since he cannot see, he is a fall risk and needs someone to be with him at all times. The job is fulltime, and pays $15.00/hr. The night caregiver will work an 8 hour shift (11 pm to 7 am). One or 2 days off per week can be arranged, if the caregiver wants. No overtime for work performed beyond 40 hours a week. The duties of the position consist of protective oversight, being by his side during the night, taking him to the bathroom and back, watching TV/DVD movies with him, giving him ice water or soda, etc. etc. The night caregiver primarily provides him with protective oversight and companionship. If you pass the in-person interview with me and my housemate, you will be hired immediately by a home care agency (Grace Home Care) after further interview with them, orientation, and a criminal background check. That agency will be the one to pay you for services rendered. No experience is required, but experience in home care or taking care of persons with disability is helpful. Job requirements include attention to detail, initiative, a positive attitude, and a sense of humor. You must have a reliable vehicle for this job.
