HVAC Sub wanted for Service Calls 40%++ commission

We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team as a 1099 employee! You will take overflow service calls at 40%+ commission (Extra 10% for weekends or holidays) to install and repair heating and cooling systems. We also have Full Time positions available as well as training in HVAC for individuals who are less experienced. Required Qualifications: Experience in boilers/installs/service work and possible air duct work. Must have own truck and knowledge on general tool usage. Must be able to take residential and an occasional commercial service call. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to handle physical workload. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
