Im from New York I’m a nursing student decided to take a semester or 2 off. I need a apartment to sublease not lease transfer. Lease will be in your name I will pay rent. I’m a licensed esthetician and CNA I make well over 3k a month but I do unfortunately have a broken lease from 2 years and 7 months ago.I’ll pay up to 1100 for an entire place …I’m only paying 300-500 for a room. I have a prized show dog, pay stubs and I have bank statements. I’m a calm girl I’m into nature, I study mostly or I’m out with my dog. I don’t talk much and I don’t plan on staying to long. I don’t have company and I have job refrences. Do not waste my time with nonsense. Godbless
