Denver based property management company is looking to hire a full-time maintenance TEAM PLAYER. We are looking for an individual who has basic skills in residential electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and basic appliance repair able to RESPOND TO DAILY MAINTENANCE WORK, AS WELL AS SOME EMERGENCY CALLS DAILY, AND SOME WEEKEND WORK. We offer consistent, year-round work and competitive compensation. Individual is responsible to travel amongst our customers' properties along the Denver, Aurora area. Work orders vary in all aspects of building maintenance such as minor electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and minor plumbing etc. Ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, experience with tracking computerized work orders, time sheets and receipts. A professional team player with a great attitude when attending to customers' service calls. Pay is commensurate based on experience. MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION.
