Need 18 inch tree cut up and removed

I have a 18 inch tree (see picture) that needs to be cut up into pieces small enough that can be carried up the property to be disposed. Tree is knocked down other than near the trunk. Much of the branches have been cut up and moved. $25 an hour to use my chainsaw $35 if you have your own chainsaw and $45 a hour if you have a bigger chain saw than mine. Also need it hauled off. That is optional. That is a separate job. Also have another dead tree that can be cut down and removed. I will guarantee 4 hours of work minimum.
