We are a commercial playground business that does between $1-$3 million in sales a year and has projects nationwide. We are looking for 2-3 folks to join our commercial playground installation team. We are based in Houston, but there is a lot of travel involved as we do projects nationwide. Requirements include: - construction experience: familiarity with standard safety procedures on a construction site. - ability to work well in a group - ability to follow detailed instructions - ability to work fast and hard to complete the job - high standards for quality - openness to learning and improving - willingness to travel 80% of the time. Many times there is an opportunity for working overtime. This job is hard work we are looking for people willing and motivated to push through til the job is done, so please apply if you're serious about doing a good job and are capable of working long hours. This role is a 1099 job for the first 90 days as a trial then will move to W2 salary. Starting pay for the first two weeks is $15/hr - this is a training period where you will learn our company standards and methods and become familiar with the type of work we require and our company dynamics. After 90 days if it is a good fit for everyone, your hourly salary will increase to $20.
