Need a retirement home for my teacup yorkie

I have a 8 year old Teacup Yorkie who I just feel I can not take good care in his old age. He needs someone who can be home more so I'm looking for an retired couple or someone who works from home. He needs some dental work and a serious hair cut. I hate to see him go but I feel bad for him here!! I cannot give him the attention I used to! He has champion bloodlines, he's a sweetie who has never bitten anyone. He is 100% potty trained. Has shots. Rehoming fee is $500 because I want to make sure he can go to a home where he will be spoiled (he was originally $3500). He will come with his clothes, toys, blankets and food. I would like someone in the area so we can visit him maybe a couple of times a year. I will not sell to a breeder!! This is a house pet not an outdoor pet I will be very picky he can always stay with us if I do not find the right person
