Shipping Manager - Briar Baby Job Title: Shipping Manager Career Level: Mid-level, Manager Reports to: Director of Operations, Founder FLSA Status: Non-Exempt SUMMARY: Professionally manages all aspects of Briar’s shipping department and warehouse/inventory operations and processes. Briar Baby is a baby brand with a modern edge and a cult-status following (trust us!). We’re known for our high-quality materials, impeccable craftsmanship, and sought-after styles - and for our continued commitment to producing quality products here in our studios in the Pacific Northwest. Our baby bonnets are unique and especially loved by modern parents across the globe. Briar’s founder, Rachel Goode, began creating her signature bonnets shortly after the birth of her daughter, Gracelyn Briar. Our products are proudly made in the USA by a dynamic team of production sewists who continuously strive to improve processes, execute new ideas, and make the Briar brand a lasting name in the baby industry.
