Production Team Member: Support/Finisher Career Level: Entry/Mid-level Reports to: Production Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Briar Baby is a baby brand with a modern edge and a cult-status following (trust us!). Work stations are distanced 6’ apart and sanitized regularly, and masks are required by all employees at all times. SUMMARY: Operates sewing, pressing, and cutting equipment to produce designed garments. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work will be onsite at the Briar production studio. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Our open workshop is spacious and filled with natural light, and offers a casual, collaborative environment that houses a vibrant and fun workforce. At this time, in order to keep Briar a safe and healthy environment, all employees are required to wear a mask (provided by Briar if needed) and take their temperature upon arriving at work; this requirement will change based on the judgement of management, as state law allows.
