Maintenance Supervisor needed to work in licensed residential care community serving older adults with mental health and medical issues. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring our resident's home is in proper order for all things maintenance! This position is responsible for assuring the proper functioning of our mechanical equipment and systems including routine and preventive maintenance. Other responsibilities include preparing apartments for new residents (painting, repairs and cleaning). Other maintenance tasks may include conducting inspections, fire drills, working with building owners and outside maintenance companies. Also will supervise maintenance assistant and work with building director on a daily basis to ensure safe and clean settings for our residents. Full time schedule is available.
