Join Shikosha Dental Lab - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill several positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Part-Time Custodian. The regular hours for this position are 24 hours per week, flexible from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. This part-time position cleans and provides upkeep for spaces and building, performs basic repairs, maintains cleaning supplies and operates cleaning equipment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintains and monitors building structures, equipment and other tools on a regularly scheduled basis. • Completes handy work such as changing light bulbs, installing equipment/fixtures, assembling furniture, repairing minor damages. • Sweeps, vacuums, cleans facility areas and floors as needed. • Stocks, unloads and delivers supplies. • Organizes company equipment, property and storage boxes. • Uses a variety of custodial maintenance equipment to complete tasks and assignments. QUALIFICATIONS: • 1-year prior experience • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
