Large, nice cat tree + cat stuff galore!! Need to let it go...

My beloved cat Arya (yes, as in "Stark" for you GoT fans (and she definitely lived-up to her namesake...you know, aside from all the murdery stuff...though I think she may have attempted even that a time or two) sadly passed recently due to cancer, and it's taken me awhile to part with her things (she was a bit spoiled, to put it mildly), but the time has come to let them go. So here it is: I have a large and pretty nice cat tree (the ladder on it is loose, but I think a screw just came out...it's not broken or damaged, and I can fix it first if you'd like, though it may be easier to transport if it's disassembled first). There are a number of cat toys (balls with bells; a stuffed bird that makes bird noises; a life-sized fish that hilariously flops around; etc.); there is a mostly full 20lb. bag of indoor cat food (the bag is a bit torn up, because you know...cats...but I can put it in a large garbage bag, or even several gallon-sized Ziploc bags if needed); there are 5 boxes of Fresh Step w/Febreze litter (a couple are half-full, the rest are unopened...all are 14lb. boxes); there's a cardboard cat scratcher that's meant to hang on a door knob, but my cat never seemed interested (preferring to scratch the furniture), so it's in new condition; there's a good-sized litter box w/scoop in good shape (there's still clean litter in it, but I can get rid of that and wash the litter box); there's a pet carrier large enough for a cat (though my cat was pretty small, and it may be cramped for a larger cat), but nothing bigger, like a dog (it's pretty well-used and worn, but it works and I can clean it up); there's a very cute bow-tie collar (tan & plaid, with a bell and safety-release). It came in a pack of two, and she only ever wore the other one, so the collar is brand new. Lastly, there are 2 sets of food/water dishes that are pretty new and in excellent condition. One set is heavy-duty plastic (the set with the fish designs), and the other set (that look like a black cat and a white cat) is I think ceramic (?...something like that at least). My cat definitely preferred the ceramic set because they're more shallow and easier for cat's to eat/drink out of). I'm willing to part with all of it together for $100 obo (which is preferred), but am open to sell items individually for negotiable (reasonable) prices, and may even consider certain trades (though they'd have to be trades for items I really want and am having trouble finding elsewhere...top of the list being a working Nintendo 2DS or 3DS...preferably including Pokemon games...but I may be interested in other trades...can't hurt to let me know what you have to offer). Also, since I have a heart and others have helped me in this way, if this haul doesn't sell within 48hrs. or so, I'll consider offering the food and litter for free to those in need...ONLY the food and litter, and to be fair, I won't give all of it to just one person. I'm sure there are several people who could use the help, and I have plenty to go around :) I can't let the other items go for free, though, as they were mostly costly items, and I'm struggling financially myself. It's tough to explain that, but the short version is that I have pretty severe social anxiety, and speaking to strangers over the phone triggers my anxiety for some reason...also receiving calls proves that the caller didn't read my ad to the end and is likely a scammer ;) Thanks!! There's a few public businesses surrounding my house if you don't feel comfortable coming inside, and I'm certainly willing to wear a mask and all that :) Also I'm a night owl and unable to work, so whenever you're available works for me (even late). My availability is wide-open :)
