ISO: Very Broke older trail horse

Hello!! We are currently building a barn and pasture at our house and my mother who doesn’t ride a lot but used to is looking for an older horse for trail riding. Very light riding every once in a while and the rest of the time the horse will be a companion and spoiled rotten!! Gelding or Mare, preferably barefoot, 15-19 years old, no major health problems, must get along with other horses! Something on the smaller size my mom is 5”3, nothing over 15 hands! Neck reining is preferable but not a deal breaker for the right horse! A quiet safe horse beginner friendly that is more woah then go, will be used for just trails and walking. Will pay an adoption fee. We have over a hundred miles of flat dirt road trails behind our house, a very loving home with horse experience. Horse will get so so so much love and care. Looking for a no rush to sell, as our barn is not ready but hopefully will be done by mid-late summer.
