Print shop in need of all positions. Digital print shop geared towards wide format vinyl printing, as well as direct to garment (DTG), with immediate need for multiple positions. All jobs require some background and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. ISO Lead operator/management: Required proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Prior print shop experience isn’t necessary but highly regarded. Preferred understanding of wide format and flatbed digital printing, as well as plotter/cutters. Experience with machines such as Mimaki, Mutoh, and Graphtec a huge plus. Job would entail overseeing the management and organization of incoming workflow, graphic and material setup, program and machine operation, invoicing, shipping/receiving, and also hiring and training future employees to delegate these responsibilities. Lead DTG operator: Prior experience in T-shirt production preferred. Understanding of design programs required, such as, but not limited to Adobe Illustrator. Job would entail managing and organizing incoming jobs, pretreating garments, printing and pressing garments, invoicing, and shipping/receiving. Web design/Social Media/Marketing: Looking to establish an individual with a focus in web design and social media marketing. This individual would work closely with the wide format and DTG department on creating, marketing, and executing the production of items that sell from our online retail outlets. This is a great position with a lot of room to grow if you’re an ambitious individual seeking a position with a lot of creative control in online retail. Graphic Designer/General Labor/Shop Hand: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a huge plus in this department with much more room for advancement in the company if so. The job entails graphic work plus generalized utility in helping with odds and ends, for example t-shirt folding, box packing, organization and inventory, sweeping, etc. Additionally, the company is in search of talented app development. We’ve shopped through this category for over two calendar years and understand that Craigslist probably isn’t the place to ask. However, given the difficult nature of finding this, we figured it wouldn’t hurt. The app in question would have to work with both Apple and Android, would have basic elements of design similar to that of an Instagram story, and would need to be able to handle a large volume of online traffic on a daily basis while coexisting smoothly with an online retail platform such as Shopify.
