CII is looking for experienced and reliable Steel Fab Shop Helpers capable of performing general labor tasks in a steel fabrication shop environment and yard. Must be motivated, willing to learn and have good time management skills. Salary: $12.00 per hour Job Skills & Qualifications: • Must be able to lift 80 lbs. • Must have forklift experience • Have own transportation • Be willing to work overtime when needed • Must past drug screening test Responsibilities: • General labor including cleaning shop and dumping scrap bins • Loading and handling Steel Materials to racks and work area • Operate forklift • Comply with shop Safety Procedures and maintain professional work ethic *Prior fork lift safety training is a plus, but not required prior to employment.* Employee Benefits: • Vacation – 1 week paid and 1 week unpaid after 90-day probationary period.
