stray kitten needs resuced

My neighborhood is no stranger to stray cats. We have been trying to work on getting the strays TNR but We have run into another group of kittens. We have four running around that we’ve seen and so far we have caught one. If anyone knows of any resuces or people who can take this little what i think is a boy kitten in and get him cared for. I have no idea how old he is but we first saw them maybe three weeks ago and its a very small kitten but I can’t be exact on an age as I know strays tends to stay a little smaller but his eyes are green so that would point to him being a little older I think He is a little nervous as my partner and I are probably the first people he has ever been in acutal contact with but he’s able to be handle with bare hands and is by no means being mean or violent, he is just very scared. (Would totally handle at your own risk, cats are unpredictable sometimes even more so when they are scared.) I put my phone number on the ad, please feel free to text me, no calls as I’m typing this right before I head to work. I’d be able to bring the kitten to someone after work if possible. Just want to make sure this baby gets into better caring hands.
