Flat Roofing Laborer and Skilled Roofer Position Must be capable of passing a background check for government work. Must be capable of passing a Drug test. * Must be able to lift a consistent 50 lbs. * Have no serious health issues * Transportation * Self-starter * Positive attitude * Hard Working * Team player * Able to work in the heat * Have the ability to learn and pick up things fast * Must have a clean background Must be able to travel on occasion. Laborers starting salary is $ 16hr Monday-Saturday Pay raises periodically. Experienced Flat Roofer salary is based on experience Experienced Roofers: must be well-versed in all aspects of * single-ply installation * TPO * PVC * Understand roof plans * Able to flash curb, drains etc. * Understand Roofing or have basic knowledge * Able to work in a fast pace construction environment Multiple-year experience preferred, but not required. Pay scale based directly on experience and knowledge, as well as ability to work with others. All applicants may be requested to complete a small mock-up to prove skill level.
