June 23 & 24 - Staff members needed to work finance conference

We are a well-known financial and healthcare conference company with 15 years of experience producing top-level business conferences worldwide. We're having a large finance event at a country club venue in Westchester on June 23 & 24, and need additional staff members to be on-site. We're looking for people to help run check-in/registration, microphone running for Q&A, walk around and answer questions, direct people the correct ways, etc. This is a pay to attend high-level event and our attendees are expecting great customer service. We'll need you to: - Be on time (6am – 6pm) - Wear business attire - Be professional - Be personable and friendly $400 (paid at the end of the event) Breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea, water, etc. will be provided. If we are happy with your skills and work you will be asked to work at future events of ours. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all staff and attendees. All staff and attendees will need to show proof of a Covid-19 vaccination or recent negative Covid-19 test upon entry. The venue includes a large outdoor area where we will conduct the event underneath large tents so that we are protected from the elements. Please send a resume and let us know why this suits you.
