Roofing Crew Needed

I need the CrewLeader to be there during the build the entire time. I do not want the crew leader to have multiple crews and be at other builds during my build. Jobs are paid once the roof has been completed. Crew leader must speak english. I will need to see a picture of your truck and trailer. Labor Rates: 3/12-7/12 $70sq 8/12-10/12- $75sq 11/12 higher- $80sq Looking for a full time crew to add to the company. Lots of work! Crew needs to have there own tools, air compressor, truck w/trailer. Need to be able to remove/replace 30sq a day. Need to have 5 or more guys in a crew. Pay upon completion of roof.
