Description
Needing helpers to assist moving furniture and boxes, etc. Here are the main priorities even above the actual physical moving work:
* 1) LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS (We're to listen twice as much as talk. Why we have two ears and one mouth)
* 2) FULLY UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTIONS & PROCEDURES (If you didn't hear or understand, simply ask for more clarification)
* 3) FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS & PROCEDURES WITHOUT FAIL OR EXCEPTION
* 4) ASSIST WHEREVER & WHENEVER NEEDED (Using situational awareness, realize where you'll make the most significance in keeping the job running smoothly at all times)
* 5) SAFELY MOVE CUSTOMER'S BELONGINGS WITHOUT DAMAGE
Pretty simple. But mind boggling how few can actual do this. The "muscle" we use the most is the one found between our ears. We're not looking for a bunch of dumb Hercules types, but thinking Einsteins who, like how you play chess, are always thinking a few steps ahead and are constantly scanning the surroundings for the most effective moves in helping the efficiency and ultimate success of the job.
We have a variety of good equipment that makes the moves as easy as possible. That combination of procedures and tools makes for a safe, efficient move that impresses the customer (tips/referrals) and you get more done with less effort.
We pay cash daily, $10 gas fee, not tips every single time but we get more than our share, also bonuses and sometimes the customers gives things away. To be considered for this part time work, when replying leave your name, phone number, a brief description of any experience and info on how you'll get to the job sites.
