RoyalScape is looking for excellent candidates to help us grow our landscape design/install business in the RDU area. We are looking for hard-working and reliable crew members to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in the lawn care and/or landscape industry and the drive to provide good customer service to our clients. This position has the opportunity for year-round work. Responsibilities: - Operation of large and small power equipment. (Zero turn mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edgers, trimmers, etc.) - Extensive manual labor, including physical bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 85 lbs. - Work in a productive manner to complete job assignments. - Complete any needed documentation. - Perform work in various weather conditions. Requirements: - 3 years landscaping experience - Experience or willingness to learn more about the landscaping field: planting, trimming bushes, mulching, sod installation, patio construction, and retaining wall construction. - Valid driver's license. - Reliable transportation. - Ability to work with a team.
