Located in Grandview, MO, we are experiencing significant organizational growth that requires several new Crew Leaders to join our team immediately! Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, these non-exempt positions are responsible for supporting all residential and commercial tasks within the Kansas City metropolitan areas, efficiently, timely, and accurately. Based upon Specific Job Assignment, A Crew Leader’s Key Responsibilities May Include: · Landscape Services: Tree and Shrub Installation, Perennial Gardens, Boulders, River Rocks, Cobble, & Accent Stone, Retaining Walls, Paver Stone Patios and Walkways, Water Gardens, Seasonal Color, Outdoor Fireplaces, Fire Pits, and Kitchens; · Sprinkler System Services: Spring Start-Up, System Winterization, Complete Troubleshooting and Repairing All Brands, Backflow Prevention Testing and Certification, and Existing System Upgrades; · Landscape Lighting Services: New Low-voltage Lighting System Installation, Path lighting, Up/Down lighting, Backlighting, Security lighting, and Repairs & Maintenance. Qualifications: · At least one year of professional experience similar to at least of the areas presented above, overseeing a crew of high-impact landscape crew members. · Strong communication skills, and an aptitude to remain detail oriented in a fast-paced environment, and a sense of personal accountability to achieve stated business goals with a positive, mature, and team-based attitude. · Ability to operate a truck or truck/trailer combination, or a truck with a landscape body or dump bed. · Clean driving record. · Have a DOT medical card or be able to pass a physical to obtain one.
