APPLY at: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Properly loading and securing glass and general freight for safe and effective transport • Work closely with drivers live loading to ensure proper loading and securement • Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between the company and customers, maintaining long term positive working relationships • Communicate with other departments within the company as necessary to perform job duties • Perform functions required to assure long term customer satisfaction • Resolve conflict utilizing good interpersonal skills • Report issues directly to the Lead Load Securement Specialist • Perform duties without direct supervision MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to read loadout sheets • Excellent interpersonal skills • Expert knowledge of glass equipment and its operation • Expert knowledge of point loading • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures • Excellent verbal communication skills • Frequent bending and twisting • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 75 pounds • Able to work a flexible schedule APPLY at:
