Property management firm seeks a crew that specializes in rental property renovations. We have units that need quick patch work, paint, refinish hardwood floor, redo bathroom tiles, replace kitchen cabinets, and have it all ready and back on the market in a week or two. Looking for someone who isn't afraid of work and can stay on the jobsite 8-12 hours a day until it's done. Pay is by the job.
