Exciting opportunity to “Do the right thing for the right reason, everyday!” Medium sized apartment complex is seeking a live on property caretaker position. Compensation will be free rent in a two bedroom apartment, including all utilities except for electric, phone and cable. Responsibilities include evening and weekend patrol of building and property, lighting inspections, parking issues, responding to occasional alarm calls light housekeeping/maintenance as directed and some minor snow removal and salting at entranceways. Applicant(s) must be able to pass criminal and non sex offender background checks, credit check, eviction search and drug test for all members of occupying household.
