Integrity First Maintenance is looking to add 5-7 general maintenance contractors to the team. The properties are located all over the DFW metro so the location of work will depend on your home base. The majority of properties we work on are occupied, we are NOT doing rehabs or turns, this is general maintenance for single family homes.
Must have:
-Own truck
-Own tools
Looking for someone to who can do:
-Light plumbing
-Light electrical
-Drywall/texture/painting
-Fence work
-Roof repairs
-General handyman work
