this breaks my heart to even do this but it is better for HIM to find him his ideal home. this is ripley. he is 2 years old and he is seriously the smartest best dog you could ever have! very protective and intelligent. He is honestly the best dog i have ever had BUT he deserves a better home. he will only go to a better home im not desperate to get rid of my dog so he will stay until i find the home thats right for him! I have two small children he is very good with small children however he can only go to a home with children about age 10 and up preferably a home with no children. he does not in has not bit the children but he does nip at them when they do things like step on him and pull his hair and things that are uncomfortable for him. he has bitten people that come too close to the kids. (hes protective). Ripley needs a home that he can free range run or has some acreage. he truly is a herding dog I am constantly trying to keep him in my yard he digs holes he breaks the fence and he's just an escape artist however I live off of a highway so there has been plenty of times that he has almost caused an accident or almost Hit by a car. it is impossible for me at this point in my life to continue to try to keep him from escaping because it's impossible shock collars do not work leashes and harnesses do not work. he will kill little animals like rabbits and birds so a home with no animals like that. he seriously is the cutest and best. can't go to a home that will spank him or yell at him because he will pee and get scared. he tinkles a little bit when he's excited and when he's scared but other than that he is completely housebroken he has no bad habits other than Breaking fences and digging holes to get out. I am looking for a home for my dog that has a big yard preferably an older couple or somebody with older kids. he seems to be okay with other dogs and cats however he does like to chase and play around and get rough with the cats but he does not hurt them. asking 100 firm.
