Starting pay rate: $1250 Sign On Bonus! $20-25 per hour Benefits of working with us: Healthcare Accident Insurance & Employee Assistance Programs 401K Retirement Plan Weekly Pay Full-time hours Immediate room for growth Weekend pay incentive Available Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts, Full-time Positions Job Description: Perform and maintain preventative maintenance of all process plant and utility plant equipment as directed by supervisor Use preventative maintenance software programs as needed Maintain plant facilities by practicing effective housekeeping procedures Responsible for supporting continuous improvement of food safety and quality Follow all policies and procedures set forth to promote quality and food safety, and report any food safety and quality concerns Job Requirements: Willingness to work to work in COLD environment Constant 30-34 degrees Willingness and able to work long hours Should be able to stand for long periods of time Should have reliable transportation Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in certain areas Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts, and basket trucks We offer a $200 Referral Bonus after 120 hours worked!
