American Contract Systems, located in Grimes, is a successful and growing company in the contract packaging and sterilization industry; we are seeking candidates for several open Assembly positions, available immediately. Our team assembles and sterilizes surgical packs to be used in hospital operating rooms, so the need for accuracy and efficiency is crucial. Essential Qualifications: • Extremely detail-oriented • High level of accuracy • Must be able to follow instructions • Good, basic math skills • Physical Dexterity • Positive Attitude and Great Work Ethic • Dependable (you must show up to work on time and every day) • Must be able to work overtime as required, on short notice* • Ability to stand for 8 hours (except for breaks) • Speak and understand English • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs • Medical Device product knowledge a plus Only serious, dependable applicants need apply.
