The Park at Vincenzo is seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Tech. **Sign-On Bonus** (Exceptions Apply will be discussed at interview) The ideal candidate will have the following skills and will be able to perform the following duties: * HVAC 608 Certification a must * Will Complete Resident Service Request in a timely and effective manner * General Knowledge of Maintenance Repairs * Making vacant units ready for new residents. * Experience with drywall installation and repair * Able to install exterior fixtures and finishes * Experienced installing interior items fans, blinds, and other renovation items for apartment units. * Light painting may be required * Will ensure the quality finish of final units * Will manage a clean and safe work area. * Must communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors. * Electrical and Plumbing knowledge * Must be able to work in a fasted paced environment * Manage clean and safe work area. * Must be detailed oriented! * Must Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors. * Will Work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times. * 3 years of experience in a multi-family setting preferred
