*Basic knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, and painting.
*Complete regular maintenance tasks and work orders.
*2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician.
*A good candidate must retain and follow directions, work well with others and be responsible with the ability to meet companies production and quality.
*Repair leaky faucets, toilets, dispensers, and snake clogged plumbing when necessary.
*Wall cleaning, painting, plaster and drywall when necessary.
* Must be able to turn vacant units ready for move in
