We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to provide cleaning services. Our company manages several businesses that include commercial offices and residential space. The position offers the opportunity for up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities include: • Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings • Clean floors and rooms including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and spot clean glass and windows • Remove garbage and recycling and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Qualifications: • Proven working experience as a cleaner • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Clean background and driving record required Competitive compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and ability starting at $16-$20/hour.
