My life was good as a boy during the Nixon administration. My life was good during Carter’s leadership. My life stayed good during Reagan, Bush, Clinton, W. Bush and Obama. My life was even good during the shit show that was the trump presidency. My life is still good today with Biden in office. My point being- I am the one who is in control of my life and my happiness. We have had a few presidents in my lifetime that were not great. Every leader has had some policies that I do not agree with. Regardless of who is leading the free world, my life is good. My life is good because I take responsibility for my own life. My life is good because I do not blame my government for failures or short comings that occur in my life. My life is good because I maintain a positive attitude regardless of who is in office. I refuse to allow any person, including a jackass like Trump bring me down. Happiness, prosperity and success in life are an outcome that we each much choose and pursue. Blaming our nations leadership for your own shortcomings and failures is childish. If you are unhappy, it is because you are choosing unhappiness. If your life is not great, it is because you are failing to make it so. If your happiness is dependent on who is president, you are leading a pathetic existence.
