Position Title: Bird Control / Artificial Turf Cleaning Technician Duration: Full-Time Salary or Salary Range: $15 Starting / Probationary Period (Paid Training) (Negotiable based off of experience) Company Background: - Artificial Turf Cleaning, Bird Control and Solar Panel Cleaning. - At Peak Services, we take care of customers who require artificial turf cleaned, have bird issues and in need of solar panel after care. Our goal is to make sure customers are satisfied with our work and take care of their needs. - www.PeakServices.com Position Summary: - Your responsibility is to first train under our lead tech and learn how to work with the various processes and methods of bird control, solar panel after care and artificial turf cleaning. - The primary work are clean artificial turf, bird control material installation, installing bird guards on solar systems, cleaning bird mess and solar panels. Responsibilities: - Learn the trade from our lead tech. - Assess the job and come up with a plan of action. - Explain to the customer your finds and explain how we plan to take care of their issue. - After the assessment, move forward with the servicing and make sure the customer is satisfied with the completed work. - Make sure the equipment used are taken care of and report to management for anything required for upcoming jobs. - Upload all notes, photos and any information regarding jobs in our CRM. - Driving company work vehicles to job site and back. Requirements: - Clean driving record. - Able to work on roofs. - Immaculate attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills. - Team Player. - Punctuality. - Basic knowledge of working with iPads / iPhones.
