Property preservation company is seeking subcontractors in the state of CT. We work with national preservation companies to provide timely maintenance and repair to properties in their portfolios. We are seeking full-time general contractors, and will also consider part-time for additionally licensed or specialized subcontractors. Job Duties - We expect our subs to be able to complete the following work types: Lock changes Board-ups Mold and water damage remediation Winterizations Grass cuts Shrub/Tree trimming Debris removal Roof repairs (including gutters and chimneys) Pool securing Sump pump repairs and replacements Required Equipment: HUD standard locks and lock boxes Compressor Generator 30 ft ladder Landscaping tools Truck/van/trailer (for debris removals) Smartphone Our clients require that we provide inspection photos and photos of all work completed on a property for quality control and invoicing purposes. We require our subs to utilize Property Pres Wizard for completion of all orders. This is a mobile app that will allow subs to transmit photos directly to our office staff in real time. We also request that our subs contact us upon transmission of photos to confirm that all work has been completed as ordered and to approve the photos prior to leaving site.
