Full time position for a Handyman/Maintenance employee.
Qualified applicants should have 5+ years of overall maintenance of properties.
Skills required include plumbing, electrical and general contractor responsibilities
(ie: carpentry, equipment transportation, drywall etc.)
Must have a valid driver's license.
Salary range is $45,000. - $60,000. based on level of experience...with insurance benefits.
