I am looking for someone either daily or hourly to help me prep my house for incoming renters. Below are some of the tasks, I may hire multiple people so feel free to message me for task your interested in: 1) Finish RV Flooring & Trim (Click n Lock Vinyl) 2) 50’ of manual trenching 3) Fencing - Replace Chainlink Gate 4) Carpentry - Raise porch ceiling - Cut metal roof - jack up porch roof - install new 4x4 poles - install new rain gutter 5) Carpentry - Replace wood deck boards on floating dock 6) Concrete/Masonry - Frame-up and pour 2” of concrete on existing deck (180sqft) 7) I just installed a brand new toilet in my RV, it has not been used. However it needs to be moved over 6”. This work will entail: - Cutting floor - extending 3” pipe the additional 6” - remounting toilet
