Adult cat desperately needs new home

Our sweet older cat needs a new home asap. When she disappeared a while back we adopted a cat and a puppy. After a couple of months we got a call from the humane society that she had been found! We have tried bringing her back to the house but she immediately leaves and goes to the neighbors home as she can't deal with the energy of these two younger animals. This worked for a while and we just let her stay at the neighbors but now they are moving and we figure something out. She is a sweet cat that basically sleeps all day. She is free and will come with a case of cat food. Thank you!
