Cinnamon blue IRN needs re-homing due to unexpected life change. He's healthy but flightless due to an accident at a previous owner. Had it checked out anyway, vet said a portion of the wing equivalent to our wrist is definitely missing but he's a healthy bird otherwise. He is banded. No special concerns or needs other than a loving home with time, food, & water. Yoshi is tame and will step up. I can't verify if he talks and he's not a screamer.
