Hey Musicians! I'm a 29-year-old female singer/musician living in Brooklyn. I'm in search for 2 more singer/musicians & songwriters to form a band. My singing voice has a pure folk-pop sound, so I'm looking for similar type voices that can blend well together. I play keyboard and would love to have a guitarist at the least! I'm looking for similar music vibes to iconic female music trios such as The Staves, Joseph, HAIM, and Muna. I like luscious, folk-like harmonies! I've been singing and playing piano for years, and I've performed consistently with 2 other bands, both as vocals on the main harmony line. Since Fall 2020, I've started songwriting, and I want to collaborate with other singer-songwriters to form my own band! Some singing inspirations growing up in the Midwest were Carole King, Regina Spektor, Celine Dion, and Shania Twain. I'm a passionate, vibrant, easygoing, and silly person wanting to fulfill my dream of performing around Manhattan & Brooklyn with an incredibly talented, fun and special musical trio! Because of Covid and no concerts/shows over the last year, I feel as if I haven't had the chance to meet many singers and musicians, so this is my call to put this out there!
