Welcome to the Vendor Registration for the 2021 Wayne Co WV Fair! We look forward to working with you! The Wayne County Fair provides quality entertainment for the whole family! We have open exhibits featuring quilts, canned goods, and other homemade items. The 2021 fair features 4-H projects, a 4-H Livestock Show, an Open Livestock Show, a Pageant, and Children’s Games. We also have a great entertainment lineup that will feature country, bluegrass, and gospel music. Vendor booths can be used to promote your organization, conduct fundraisers and/or educational programs. Booth spaces are 10ft x 10ft. Security is provided by Camden Park. For 2021, there are three types of booths available: Fundraising Booths may sell only homemade items such as honey, candles, pies, jams/jellies, fruits and vegetables (no commercial food or drinks, novelty items that are sold or provided by Camden Park, or food such as funnel cakes, hot dogs, corn dogs, etc may be sold). If you have questions, please contact (304) 272-6839. All decisions of the Wayne County Fair Board are final. Please list the items you would like to sell in the space provided on the vendor application. Fundraising Booths cost $50 and includes two fair passes per day. Informational Booths provide information to the public about their agency or organization. Informational Booths cost $25 and includes two fair passes per day. Artisans are encouraged to apply for one of our limited availability free booth spaces. To qualify for a free booth space, you must 1) make a handcraft and 2) do daily public demonstrations of your crafting process. For example, if you are a jewelry, you must have designated times when you are actively creating jewelry at your booth, or if you are a blacksmith/metal artist, you must have designated times where you are working metal and actively crafting at your booth. If you think that you might qualify for this option, please contact the Fair Board to discuss your specific craft and receive a code for free registration. No Refunds and No Deposits Returned---the ONLY EXCEPTION to this is if the Fair would have to cancel due to COVID1 9 concerns.
