Seeking Assistant. To help with picking up trash and junk from people's properties. Pay is $13.00 per hour paid daily in cash...90% of the time. Some weeks are part-time, some are full time. . Assistant needed to ride along with driver to properties and assist in picking up trash, junk, and other items needing to be disposed of. Clock in time begins when you start work, not on the ride to work or the ride home, this is because some jobs can be up to 1½ hours away. Days can be long. Some days you may need to meet the driver at 5:30 am and you might not get home until 10pm. Work days are Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. This job can be dirty. You will sweat, be cold, hot, wet, as there are times we work in the rain, just not a lot of rain. There are spiders, roaches, occasionally snakes, deer, and possibly bears. It can be exhausting, but you get to do a lot of riding and see a lot of the mountains and listen to an old ass hole talk your ear off. There is an age restriction...18 to 49 Must also be in good enough health that walking up and down stairs will not effect you. We do not hire people with Drug or alcohol problems, if you think you can sneak this past us, you're wrong. Clothing restrictions...Nothing with profanity, racism, or hate is to be worn. Must live in Caldwell county or have reliable transportation to get you to Caldwell county. All time off needs to be given a 24 hour notice. No call, no show, you're fired. Calling out last minute, 90% of the time you're fired. . This job is easy and awesome, yes you will have to lift heavy stuff sometimes. Sorry you can't follow along in your personal car, because some jobs don't have driveways or parking spots and sometimes Google can't get you to where you need to be when you need to be there and we don't have time to wait for you to arrive or find you if you get lost. . There are a multitude of tasks you will be asked to do or trained to do, such as cleaning houses, removing wall paper, digging holes, using gloves to bag up a truck load of cat poop, etc. .
